Javier Gibert Promoted to SVP of Operations for Freedom

MILTON, WI – It is with great pleasure we announce the promotion of Javier Gibert to Senior Vice President of Operations for Freedom. Javier has demonstrated superior leadership in his time at Freedom and is positioned well to take on this important role as we continue to grow and advance Freedom in the marketplace. Javier’s new role encompasses the responsibility of all plant operations, including the management and leadership of all Freedom Plant Managers, Scheduling, Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Commingling departments.

Javier Gibert joined the Freedom team in February 2016. During his time at Freedom, Javier orchestrated the installation of our high-speed inserting platform and served as the Milton Lettershop Plant Manager. More recently over the past 3 years, his role has expanded as the General Manager of the Aurora Facility and Milton Lettershop facility. Javier has proven to be a tremendous asset to our team over the past 5 years and his inspirational and dynamic leadership style makes him the perfect fit for this exciting and challenging new role.

Javier began his career in 1999 at Diversified Mailing Services as a machine operator working in the laser, bindery, and commingle departments. Over the next 6 years, Javier was promoted to Laser/Bindery Manager and Facility Production Manager. In 2006 the company was bought by Quad Graphics, and Javier transitioned to Mail America Communications where he served as Mailing Services Manager for 7 years and Director of Strategic Planning for 3 years, overseeing production operations, Estimating, Scheduling, and Purchasing.
