We Have A Strong Connection With The USPS
As a National USPS Account, Freedom has an excellent relationship with the USPS community. We are Board Members at PostCom, participants in MTAC workgroups, and active partners with the USPS in technology and system development. Our in-house postal support and analysis team works closely with the USPS to stay informed on postal regulations, promotions, and rate increases.

Format Design
Freedom offers in-house creative services supporting all five of our manufacturing facilities. Our graphic designers create formats suitable for production within our manufacturing platform. We offer format layouts, paper mockups, color comps, and design templates to our clients nationwide. Our Creative Services department works in conjunction with our Manufacturing team to ensure the successful design of our products, as well as with our Postal Support team to ensure all formats are approved by the United States Postal Service.

Our staff is trained in the principles of TQM/Six Sigma and receives continual on-site technical training to perfect our trade skills. All employees are encouraged to grow both horizontally and vertically within Freedom. Many opportunities are available for continued growth, including career path planning, management succession planning, and our very own “Freedom University”: our in-house continual education program designed to help employees sharpen their professional skills in a variety of topics specific to job skills training, personal skills training, career path mobility, and empowerment.
