MILTON, WI – It is with great pride we announce the addition of Angela Passanesi to the Freedom team as SVP of Business Development. Angela is a highly accomplished and results-driven professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurial sales, executive leadership, procurement, operations, and national account management across a variety of industries. With a proven track record of achieving business development goals, negotiating deals, delivering exceptional client service, and developing effective training and development programs, Angela is a natural leader and strategic thinker.
As a former leader in several Fortune 200 organizations, Angela has a keen eye for identifying strengths and weaknesses within teams and works tirelessly to develop her employees’ skills and drive revenue growth. She is highly skilled at creating and implementing strategic plans and excels at developing logistical processes that maximize profitability. Angela is also a frequent speaker at print, mail, and postal industry events, where she shares her insights and expertise with other professionals in her field.
Outside of work, Angela is deeply committed to several charitable outreach programs, including those focused on helping homeless and disabled individuals in the Albemarle County and VA state areas. She is especially passionate about animal rescue and is currently working on a new project called Kevin’s Miracles in honor of her late brother, Kevin Hayward. This initiative aims to provide disabled individuals with computers and software that can help them communicate and live more independently, as well as to provide support and resources to help homeless individuals transition into sustainable housing and employment plans.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and economics from Old Dominion University in 1999.
