I began my career at Freedom in 2004 as a Machine Operator in the Lettershop department.

After a few months, I was promoted to Lead Operator. When I accepted this position, it was a little difficult to adjust because I was not fluent in English at the time. I knew that learning English would help me both personally and professionally, so I decided to take ESL classes. Learning the English language not only helped me to advance my career, but also to communicate better at work and help others to communicate better with each other.

I am now the Training Coordinator at Freedom and am responsible for coordinating the entire curriculum of Freedom University. Being a Training Coordinator is exciting and satisfying because in this position, I can help other employees advance their careers as I have. Freedom University gives our employees the tools to grow personally and professionally. My employment at Freedom has given me the valuable training, education, and opportunities to grow in my career!

I started my journey with Freedom 14 years ago.

I was hired as a Quality Assurance Clerk on 2nd shift in our Lettershop Department. After a few years, I was asked to work as a QC/Lead in a newly formed department where I was trained to manage a small group of employees and advance my job management skills.

After a few years, I was able to advance my career further when I was promoted to the Quality Assurance Manager position. Freedom has given me the training, knowledge, and opportunities throughout my tenure here to grow and advance within the company. There is no other company I would rather work for!

Opportunities for Growth, Community, and Celebration

Extracurricular highlights include participating in cultural days of recognition, local and national fundraising opportunities, as well as free enrollment in Freedom University, our on-site learning circuit available to all employees, where classes range from ESL to MS Office skills and relevant training and advancement opportunities. Freedom employees are required to complete a variety of training and compliance courses annually, including topics such as Safety, Information Security, and Diversity and Inclusion, all of which benefit not only the company and its employees but clients and vendors alike.

I started working at Freedom through an Agency, as an Operator/Sorter in the Lettershop department.

I was hired through the company shortly after. After one year at Freedom, I transitioned to a Quality Assurance position and I love it because I enjoy making sure that the products we deliver to our customers are the best they can be. My time at Freedom has been amazing and everyone is so helpful. We work together to the best of our ability to make sure the jobs run smoothly. Teamwork is the key to this successful company!
