Marty Liebert

CEO

As a co-founder of Freedom, Marty is actively involved in all facets of the organization, including areas of technology adaptation, expansion of capabilities and locations, and early adoption of commitment to postal optimization as part of our direct mail solution. Marty has implemented a company-wide supply chain philosophy focused on end-to-end solutions optimizing product format, imaging solutions, and logistics efficiencies. As a leading direct mail expert in the industry, Marty is committed to partnering with strategic customers on investments in new technology and capabilities that improve response and drive efficiencies within the supply chain.

In my free time I enjoy working on special projects for small businesses, training the next family trail horse and time on the water with family.

Eric Blohm

President

As a veteran of data driven direct marketing solutions for enterprise companies, Eric has spent over 35 years in the print and mail business developing customized solutions for marketers that focus on improving financial performance, best use of technology, product development, and manufacturing excellence. As President, Eric leads all aspects of Freedom’s business and oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts while utilizing his collaborative approach, building superior teams that focus on people, process, and technology. Eric is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University and has participated in several executive development programs during his career including Kellogg School of Management and Wisconsin School of Business.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, as well as being an active board member of the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) of southeastern Wisconsin, helping with their mission to remain a no-kill shelter dedicated to strengthening the relationships between animals and humans through adoptions and education.

Scott Liebert

SVP Sales & Marketing

Scott has been involved in all aspects of Freedom since 1995, beginning his career in various departments including the pressroom, IT, programming and customer service. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration-Marketing degree from Northern Illinois University, he held positions in the sales department developing and strengthening relationships with one of our largest financial customers. As a critical asset during the company’s growth and success over the past 15 years, Scott is currently responsible for the next generation of direct mail technologies at Freedom.

In my free time I enjoy rehabbing older homes for the next generation of families, everything outdoors and fishing on the lake with my family.

Beverly Ziencina

VP of Finance

Beverly is responsible for leading all financial and accounting functions at Freedom. She has been in the printing industry for over 33 years and utilizes her expertise to help align the departments of Accounting, Estimating, Procurement, and Paper Management within the financial sector of the company.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my grandkids and daughters, as well as poolside entertaining with friends and neighbors.

Mark Smith

SVP of Data & Technology

Mark Smith is the Senior Vice President of Data & Technology Solutions for Freedom, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and performance of Freedom’s business systems. As a seasoned professional with more than thirty years of IT, development, operations, and programming experience, Mark is known for driving operational excellence and business solutions, as well as building outstanding teams and performance efficiencies.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and riding my motorcycle.

Javier Gibert

SVP of Operations

With over 20 years of direct mail operations experience, Javier joined the Freedom team in 2016. His expertise includes scheduling, printing, bindery/lettershop, and commingling. Javier’s home campus is in Aurora, IL and as Senior Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for all day-to-day operations including plant management, scheduling, quality, safety, warehousing, and commingling. Javier is a dynamic and inspirational leader who leverages his industry experience to ensure that all projects are flowing smoothly through the manufacturing processes at Freedom.

In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, and watching a good movie.

Shari Eager

VP of Customer Service

Shari has been in an Account Manager/Leadership role within Freedom since 2005. As Vice President of Customer Service, she is the connection between the client and the company, analyzing production requirements, and recommending solutions that optimize operational efficiencies while meeting client needs and improving internal systems and procedures. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies with a focus in business management from the University of Texas – Arlington.

In my free time I enjoy exercising, crafting, baking, and spending time with my family.

Rich Korepanow

Director of Human Resources

Rich has been leading Freedom’s Human Resources team since 1994, managing all responsibilities related to hiring and retaining talented employees, as well as coordinating benefits, managing payroll, and assisting with various training programs via our in-house Freedom University and other local educational partners. He also assists with company-sponsored events including various celebrations and charitable endeavors throughout the year. Compassionate by nature, Rich truly enjoys helping all employees reach their full potential at Freedom.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my three children and my nephew. I am a Catholic Deacon and spend my time ministering to parishioners who are grieving the loss of a loved one. In addition, I help out at a local food pantry that assists in local economically depressed neighborhoods in Chicago’s southwest suburbs.

Brian Keefe

SVP of Business Development

Brian brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership background to Freedom, with over two decades of success across sales, operations, and executive leadership roles in the printing, promotions, technology, and automation sectors.

In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, attending sporting events, and snow & water skiing whenever possible.

1986 - Began operations

Freedom opens its first location, a 13,000 sq. ft. print facility in Milton, Wisconsin.

1992 - Introduced of Inkjet Personalization to web offset

Freedom introduces inkjet personalization in Milton, Wisconsin.

2003 - Unveiled ConnectExecute®

Freedom unveils ConnectExecute®, our proprietary campaign management system.

2004 - Expanded capabilities

Freedom introduces extensive state-of-the-art in-house commingling and postal optimization capabilities in Aurora, Illinois.

2009 - Re-engineered Manufacturing Process

Freedom re-engineers and streamlines its manufacturing processes to improve quality, drive efficiencies, and increase return on investment.

2011 - Installed 100% variable press in Milton, Wisconsin

Freedom installs industry game-changing high-speed digital press; 100% variable.

2012 - Installed High-Speed Offline and Implemented New Security Polices

Installation of a high-speed offline; additional digital presses; booklet stitching; PCI DSS assessment and PCI certification, implementation of policies and procedures for HIPAA.

2013 - Completed SOC-2/Type II audit and validation

Freedom is SOC-2/Type II audited, validating that our Information Systems are relevant to security, availability, processing, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

2014 - Upgraded to increase print speed and quality

Freedom upgrades our high-speed digital press, thus increasing press speeds and adding capacity, while also increasing the quality output.

2015 - Opened new Digital Technology Center

Freedom adds additional digital capabilities and finishing. Opens the new Digital Technology Center in Milton, Wisconsin.

2017 - Completed HITRUST CSF Certification

Received HITRUST CSF Certification (HIPAA/Healthcare data security).

2018 - Initialized Environmental Sustainability Program

Freedom receives a Silver Rating from EcoVadis for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility.

2021 - Acquired assets from Suncraft Technologies

Freedom purchases the assets of Suncraft Technologies.
